What I asked for
Remove Category1 pill chip and merge the items into Category2 pill chip.
What it did instead
It made the change on the UI. But when I checked the code (like the lunatic that I am) it still had reference to the old pill chip's naming everywhere. And given the code it wrote is already bloated and terrible... a lot of references. So, I asked for those references to be removed and updated in accordance with the UI change. And lo and behold.... it renames the second category 'secondary_category' and continues to store the items in random unneeded collection that it merges behind the scenes just to show on the UI. And THEN when I very specifically state what I'm asking for I get the usual "You’re right—I overcomplicated a simple merge. I’ll remove the “secondary” concept entirely...".
How it made me feel
Bothered and bewildered. Is it just me or is the "You're right—" infuriating???
